Dominic recently turned 2 and while we didn't have a huge party (we all have colds) he got some cool toys.

We also had his 2 year check-up this week.  He weighs 26.6 lbs and is 34.5 inches tall.  That puts him firmly in the 50th percentile.  If you ascribe to the theory that your full grown height is twice your 2 year height, he'll be 5'9" tall when he's an adult.

Snow...again

It has snowed pretty much every week since Christmas.  This leads to a lot of time indoors for Mommy and Lauren, but the boys don't care about the cold and spend as much time in the backyard as possible.

Here's a couple pictures of them digging out the lawn mower so they can mow the snow.

New Furniture!!

A couple of weekends ago, we drove down to IKEA and decided on some furniture.  We removed all of the seats from the van and Eric went back down there to pick everything up.  We ended up with a new couch and ottomans, a new chair for the boys, a new bed for us (which we've desperately needed since we got married), and a big boy bed for Marcus.  The best part about Marcus' bed is that when they get old enough, we can flip it over and it becomes a bunk bed.

His new bed is so big, both of the boys could sleep in it.

Lauren wanted to check it out too.
