Florida

Knowing it was going to take a while for our stuff to get to Germany, and that it would be cold as well, we decided to vacation in Florida for the month of November before heading over.  We stayed at my brother Mike's house which allowed his boys and our boys to play together before they headed up to Kentucky for their own vacation (Thanksgiving Get-A-Way!) at which point we got their house to ourselves for two weeks.  That made our vacation much cheaper.  Thanks Mike and Janelle!

saw the swing set in their backyard!

adventure, hence the telescope.

Yes, we did go to the beach, though only once in swimsuits.

We had so much fun and are so glad that Mike, Janelle, Lucas and Axel let us into their home for the month.
